Data Deletion

You have the right to request complete deletion of your personal data from LOBSMART. This page explains what data we delete, how to request it, and what to expect.

1. Overview

LOBSMART is operated by Laabam One Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. We respect your right to control your personal data. Under India's IT Act and Privacy regulations, you can request the deletion of your personal data from our platform at any time.

This page applies to all LOBSMART services including our website (lobsmartcard.me), our customer portal, and any third-party integrations such as social media sign-in connections (Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Apple).

2. What We Delete

When you submit a data deletion request, we will permanently erase the following data associated with your account:

personAccount Information

Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and all account settings.

nfcDigital Profile

Your complete digital business card profile, URI ID, and all linked data.

workProducts & Services

All products and service listings you added to your digital card.

shareSocial Media Links

All social media profiles and links attached to your card.

analyticsAnalytics Data

Profile view counts, tap history, and interaction analytics.

shopping_cartOrder History

Past NFC card orders and shipping records (subject to legal retention).

linkSocial Login Tokens

OAuth tokens for Facebook, Google, Microsoft, and Apple sign-in.

upload_fileUploaded Images

All images uploaded to your profile, products, and service listings.

3. Social Media Data

If you signed in to LOBSMART using a social login (Facebook, Google, Microsoft, or Apple), we delete the following upon your request:

  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for all connected platforms
  • Platform identifiers, names, and email addresses stored in our system
  • Login history and session records associated with social sign-in

Important: Deleting your data from LOBSMART does not delete your social media accounts. To revoke our access directly, visit each platform's app settings:

4. How to Request Deletion

You can request data deletion through either of the following methods:

From Your Account Settings

  1. Sign in at lobsmartcard.me/signin
  2. Navigate to Account Settings → Danger Zone
  3. Click "Delete My Account"
  4. Confirm the action — all your data will be permanently deleted

Full data deletion completed

Once your request is received, we will acknowledge it within 24 hours. Social login tokens will be revoked within 7 days. Complete deletion of all your data from our systems, including backups, will be finalized within 30 calendar days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

6. Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain some data even after a deletion request. This includes:

Basic identifiers to prevent fraudulent account re-creation or abuse of our platform.

Data relevant to ongoing or potential legal disputes, until they are fully resolved.

Anonymised, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you.

Any retained data is kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Once the retention period expires, the data is permanently deleted.

7. Third-Party Platforms

LOBSMART integrates with third-party sign-in services (Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Apple). When you delete your data from LOBSMART:

  • We revoke all OAuth tokens — LOBSMART can no longer access your social accounts
  • Data transmitted to or published on third-party platforms is governed by those platforms' own privacy policies
  • Your social media accounts themselves are not affected — only the connection to LOBSMART is removed
  • We remove all locally stored copies of data received from third-party sign-in APIs

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of connected platforms for information about their own data retention practices.
